Who We Are
Fünf Ventures was founded to facilitate investments by a family office into an array of real estate opportunities. As the portfolio developed, it provided the opportunity for the inclusion of similar investors to share in the company’s investment opportunities and thus become as best-in-class, fully integrated boutique real estate development firm.
Today, we invest our principals’ and accredited investors’ capital into primarily value-add real estate investments and actively manage a variety of real estate projects in our portfolio. With a conservative leverage profile, stabilized asset plans provide consistent cash flows that continue to generate attractive returns to our investor partners.
What We Do
Fünf Ventures invests in properties that are well-located with sound physical and economic fundamentals, properties that have the ability to generate attractive levels of distributable cash, and properties to which we can add value by executing recapitalization or repositioning strategies.
Through a diversified investment portfolio that crosses multiple sectors, from residential, office buildings, and coworking spaces to hospitality developments, we identify, plan, execute, and manage development projects that will preserve invested capital, make it grow, and provide regular distributions of cash flow.
